PageRank
It looks like as if Google is dishing out PageRank update once again! It’s fairly been nearly 1 and half a month since Google dished out PageRank update. This update is pretty unusual than the last one. Looks like they have changed the pattern.

In this update PageRank seems to go down for internal pages of the site. Not all sites’ PR has been reflected yet, i guess will be updated soon.

-increased strength of PRs more than 6.
-PR4 appears to be the new average - “easy” to get, but difficult to get past it.

Some proofs that Google is updating PageRank:

And they gave me a zero, without selling links and making paid posts. Earlier it was PR3. I hate Google and don’t care about pagerank.

    Happy Blogging.

I saw one of my sites, which doesn’t violate tos as far as I know drop from 1/10 to 0/10 silently.

Yes, thanks for this. I am so sad as my PR2 now goes down to 0, I think Google is punishing my paid links and posts from PPP.

What’s the secret behind launching a site and getting PR5 within 1 week by accumulating only few backlinks???

    I would love to know.

I hate worrying about PR. I just focus on link building, and adding unique content.

I wonder if what we can do to increased our PR and what are we going to do in order to improved the ranking of our blogs or site in google. At the same time I would like to asked if how many months does google do its PR ranking update?.

Google updates PR whenever they wish like without notifying anybody about it.
To improve rankings get many quality backlinks, publish good content. :)

What is the meaning of good content for increasing the PR when the blog of shoemoney got demoted? Even some of very good blogs get demoted after having some good backlinks and content. Hats Off to google for making people guess the secret of Pagerank.

The Last Google updates was good one for me as my sites went up for the PR, but as the seo webmasters have stopped chasing PR as this tool is useless in terms of SERP and the thing which will make money for any site is SERP of that site.

Hope you understood what i said above.

    Thanks
