So, are you building backlinks for your site or blog? Are you forgetting something? Something essential? Well it’s the Anchor text.
Anchor text is essential
Anchor text play an important role for the ranking of a site in search engines. If many links for the same anchor text appear then you’ll do good with SERPs for that particular keyword/keyphrase, but don’t overdo it or you’ll get penalized by the almighty Google. So never forget to use anchor text for your links! 
Choose less competitive or longer keywords
If you want to rank very well for highly competitive keywords then it’s not easy. So you must try targeting less competitive keywords or keywords with 3 to 4 words, you’ll have a better chance of ranking. If you are targeting the keyword “make money online” then it’s not easy to rank well or it sometimes takes hard work of 6-12 months to rank well in such highly competitive keywords.
Results
The site Secunda.co.za ranks well for the keyword “club Internet link” when searched in Google Africa. On researching i found out there is no text such as “club Internet” or “club internet link”. I also found out that there are some backlinks to it with anchor text “club internet link” and “club internet” .
