Entrecard is your business card 2.0 . Ofcourse it’s free, pretty similar to BlogRush but it has many differences. Entrecard has been able to create a buzz about them in the blogosphere and many blogs are adding Entrecard widget on their blog, including John Chow, Problogger.net and many others! It is one of the great ways for new blogs to gain traffic and many new subscribers. You simply signup at Entrecard and you can add a 125×125 banner which represents your blog. You also get a code which you can place anywhere in your blog and what it does is places a 125×125 widget on your blog.
You can advertise your 125×125 banner on any other blog which has an Entrecard widget and others can also advertise on your blog. The advertisement appears in the Entrecard widget placed on your blog. A whole list of blogs with Entrecard widget is available here.
How to Participate?
Entrecard is only for bloggers who own and operate their own blog. Non-English blogs are not accepted in Entrecard network.
How to earn Entrecard Credits?
To earn Entrecard credits you have to drop your entrecard on blogs with Entrecard widget by clicking “Drop Yours”. You can also find one Entrecard widget in DiggItLive’s sidebar. Example:

How to increase your blog’s advertisement price?
The advertisement price for your blog increases if someone drops their Entrecard in your Entrecard widget by clicking “Drop Yours”. You can increase it’s price even more by dropping card on other blogs, so that your blog gets noticed. If you reach on top in the category your blog belongs to, you will get many drops every day.
How to Advertise on other blogs?
To advertise on a blog you have to click “Advertise” on any blog’s profile. Now it depends upon the other blog to accept your advertisement or not. If you have many advertisers, their banners are rotated once a day. You can only buy one day advertisement on any blog.

Entrecard is good way to get your brand out there in front of bloggers. Even if they are dropping their card and running, if your site is well branded they will remember your logo, site design or colors. If you gain any new readers it is worth it for free advertising!
